Case 1: White Mercedes – JNJ 768V
Mercedes sold for scrap on 13th Oct 2001, supplied with bent MOT on the 15th Oct (MOT tester Mr Cheesman click here to see the MOT certificate) and advertised for sale in good condition on the same day. Bent MOT issued by John Scrace to an associate crooked car dealer. 22nd Oct 2001 Vehicle inspectorate (V.I.) issue prohibition notice PG9 yet this criminally convicted man is still trading with the approval of the Vehicle inspectorate, WHY???

Case 2: Burgundy Mercedes 250se- RPL 263F
Mercedes issued with bent MOT certificate on 19th Oct 2001 by Central Garages – Worthing, profiteer John Scrace and licensed by the Vehicle Inspectorate. 26th Oct 2001 prohibition notice PG9 again issued by the V.I. on this vehicle as totally unfit to drive. Even with this evidence John Scrace is still in the MOT business and is fully licensed and approved by the V.I. who have full knowledge of these findings and his previous criminal convictions, AND that he is trading as a Limited company whilst in solvent after being being made personally bankrupt in 1995.

Case 3: £100 backdated MOT certificate
Motor stopped by Sussex police given a 7 day producer for his blue Ford Sapphire 1988 model, which he was knowingly driving with no MOT; a criminal motoring offense. The driver went to see John Scrace known as Scracey at Central Garages LTD and a backdated MOT certificate was issued by A Leach MOT tester instructed by his employer John Scrace. The MOT was backdated to 1st Sept 2001 the Vehicle Inspectorate have the full details on this crime by Central Garages LTD licensed and authorised by the V.I. A Leach the licensed MOT tester is also approved by the V.I. This was a criminal conspiracy between the driver, John Scrace authored examiner (MOT) and Mr A Leach authored MOT tester. Will they be charged by Sussex police for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice? John Scrace was in 1997 described by sussex police as one of their best criminal informers, this is the reason John scrace has been allowed to be a processional criminal, robbing elderly members of the public and businesses connected with his fraudulent motor trading.

Worthing Carriage Company – also wound up bankrupt and in debt because of fraud.

Central Garages – Calling in the reciever also £100,000’s worh of debts.
Currently setting up a new Limited company to rob you the public
